Samuel Abrahám
He has been president of Bratislava International School of Liberal Arts (BISLA) since 2006, an associate professor at BISLA, director of Bratislava Institute of Humanism, the founder and editor of Critics and Context magazine.

He has been president of Bratislava International School of Liberal Arts (BISLA) since 2006, an associate professor at BISLA, director of Bratislava Institute of Humanism, the founder and editor of Critics and Context magazine. He studied Political Science at the University of Toronto and received a PhD in political theory and comparative politics in Carleton University in Ottawa.

In 1996 he founded and directed Society for Higher Learning (VVS) which provided additional studies for gifted university students in Slovakia for more than 10 years. He also co-funded ECOLAS - European Consortium of Liberal Arts and Sciences. He published many books and articles in Slovakia and abroad and is frequently invited as an expert to different radio and TV programs.
